It is our goal to provide you the support you need, when you
need it. It is also our goal to control expenses so our hosting
packages are an excellent value. We have found that the best way
to meet these goals is to provide support through our Contact
page.
We've found that people may need help when they first get
their hosting account setup. Things like FTP, CGI scripts and
the quirks of using a Linux server may through people off, if
its their first time. Most of the questions that arise when they
are first starting out are answered in our "Your Realm-Net
Hosting Site Is Up" email (the email we send after you
sign-up for a hosting account) or in one of the sections below.
When you can't find the answer, you can always use the
Contact page to submit your question. We will answer your
questions within 12 hours, and we're always glad to help.
