Realm-Net Hosting guarantees that you will be satisfied with our
web hosting service.
If you are not satisfied with the hosting services provided
by Realm-Net Hosting, we will refund all unused hosting fees.
This includes the full hosting fee for the current month,
provided you cancel before the 21st of the month. Setup fees for
optional features are refundable only within 21 days of the
feature's setup date.
Domain Registration Fees and Secure Server Certificate Fees
are not refundable because they are paid to third parties, which
have a "no refunds" policy.
If your account is cancelled due to a violation of Realm-Net
Hosting's Terms of Service or Acceptable
Use Policy, refund is at the discretion of Realm-Net
Hosting.
